Harvest 2016

Harvest came early again this year – Round 1 was August 11th and Round 2 was September 10th.  Our 273 vines produced just over a half-ton of grapes.

The Cabernet, Cab Franc and Petit Syrah varietals represent 67% of our vines.  Our best producers, they accounted for 82% of our harvest by weight.

The two harvests were fermented separately; ultimately, they will be blended for our final product.
